8 Week Coaching Program For Leaders
As you move through transitional moments in your life you can face challenges in your relationships, discontentment in your career, disconnection in community, and inner tension in your relationship with yourself. My work with psychedelics has highlighted how much potential lives in how you embrace the tensions that arise in these challenges. Just as the caterpillar must liquify inside of the chrysalis in order to reorganize into its mature form, your evolution requires you to break down the form that no longer serves you. This metamorphosis is often uncomfortable, confusing, and frustrating, but it’s wildly fulfilling with the right support and guidance.
It is my mission in life to support people who are choosing to embrace a more full, present, and peaceful existence. Utilizing a variety of modalities, I accomplish this by helping you reform your presence of being, find and live relentlessly in your Center of All Directions, and take charge of the choices that are going to change your life with a wholistic understanding of what you truly want. If you feel frustrated by the lack of support in your life, hungry to make changes but don’t know where to go next, you keep coming upon the same roadblocks on the path, are overworked and under-fulfilled, or no one seems to understand what you’re going through, this program is designed to serve you.
The Three Elements

Inner Genius
Your pain, wounds, and traumas are the map to discovering the gifts of the inner genius within you. It’s the capacity to give something unique and fundamentally alive to the world. We’ll examine the dynamics of your most important relationships: your parents, to uncover the way you utilized your greatest gifts to keep us safe, while limiting your greatest potential that can be realized by alchemizing your wounds.

Subconscious Re-Patterning
Language is the window to the sub-conscious mind. How you express yourself and the way you articulate your experience is a distinctive blueprint for how you feel about yourself and your place in the world. Within the content of your language, we’ll find the limiting beliefs that hold you in your comforts. When you re-pattern, your life is reshaped and you become your greatest ally.

Life Design
A life design not aligned with authenticity and the full-bodied fuck yes is not a life design at all. So to craft a life worth living requires an understanding of what is your purpose and mission in life. It’s an essential piece to creating alignment and mission oriented action that isn’t inspired by what you see going on around you but rather, what originates much deeper in you.

The Container

Therapy is great but it doesn’t always work in the way you need it. It’s very limited and lacks urgency and potency in progress. As a coach and a guide, I don’t stand idly by waiting for you to come to your own answers. I am actively engaged in your self discovery process, providing frameworks for you that you can trust and implement to dive deep into the substance of your life.

We’ll meet via Zoom for 1.5 hours every week. In the meetings we’ll discuss the threads of life emerging relative to the content we’re covering.

Between meetings, you’ll be given direct and clear instructions on how to work with the content we discuss in the meeting and how to prepare for the next meeting.

I’ll share with you all of the greatest resources that I have found to help supplement the topics of discussion enabling you to go deeper into the topics that matter most to you.
