Your journey begins and ends with dedicated one-one (50min) Zoom meetings with Master Facilitator and group leader James Eshleman, that dive deep into your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual commitments.

Our bridge between group meetings that keeps you inspired with weekly prompts and contemplations to draw you towards your desires. The WhatsApp group will be where we share resources, do check-ins, maintain accountability, and plan extracurriculars.

Your journey will conclude with a celebratory Tea Ceremony, an ancient art that cultivates a tidal wave of presence. As a meditative practice, it draws one deep into the rich and abundant inner landscapes of your being. It sharpens presence and facilitates a deeply harmonious and contemplative space.
