Meet James Eshleman
James Eshleman is a guide, speaker, and founder of The Center of All Directions — a sacred studio devoted to the cultivation of presence, embodiment, and refined leadership.
Immersed in the psychedelic field since 2017, James apprenticed for five years as a ceremonial guide, dedicating his life to the well-being of others. Through his practice, he has served thousands of individuals in transformative experiences and rites of passage. His work bridges altered states, somatic intelligence, and the art of integration, shaping a distinctive approach to human development rooted in stillness and truth.
He has trained under masters of spirituality and embodiment, designed and produced retreats across the United States, and brought his craft to cultural spaces such as Burning Man. In 2023, he became a leading contributor to Colorado’s Natural Medicine Advisory Board, where he played a pivotal role architecting the state’s first licensure framework for facilitators.
James has shared his insights at the Aspen Psychedelic Symposium and been featured in Westword Magazine, Ecstatic Integration, and Shroomboom. He has worked privately with executives, founders, and creatives seeking to realign power with presence.
At the center of his work is a quiet devotion — to create spaces where transformation occurs through presence and the prioritization of success gives way to something more precious: peace.
